MYTTA Foundation — Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: March 6, 2025
Welcome to the MYTTA Foundation website! We’re glad to have you here. At MYTTA Foundation, our mission is to support immigrant and refugee communities through compassionate guidance and accessible services. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) help explain how our website and programs operate, so you know what to expect when working with us. Please take a few minutes to read them. By visiting our website or using our services, you’re agreeing to these Terms — they’re here to protect both you and us, and to make sure we can continue offering reliable, respectful help to everyone.
1. Understanding and Acceptance
When you use our website or take part in our programs, you agree to follow these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We want you to feel comfortable and informed. If there’s anything in these Terms you don’t understand, you’re always welcome to reach out and ask as our team will gladly explain it in plain language.
2. Who We Are and What We Do
MYTTA Foundation is a nonprofit organization based in Brooklyn, New York. We provide immigration and community support services, such as help with asylum and refugee applications, green card and naturalization guidance, employment pathways, court-related information, and resources for VAWA and U Visa cases. We also make sure that you are up-to-date with the current immigration changes by providing videos and visual explanations on such subjects. We are not a law firm, and we do not offer legal representation. Our role is to guide, inform, and assist — not to act as your attorney or give legal advice.
3. Updates to These Terms
As we grow and improve our programs, we may update these Terms from time to time. When that happens, we’ll post the new version here with the date it takes effect. You can always check back to stay informed. Using our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
4. Respectful Use of Our Services
We ask everyone who visits our site or participates in our programs to do so respectfully and honestly. That means: sharing accurate information with us, using our website for its intended purpose, and not engaging in harmful, threatening, or misleading behavior. We work hard to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for our clients and staff alike.
5. Our Materials and Content
All materials on this site, including guides, forms, graphics, and written content, belong to MYTTA Foundation. You’re welcome to use our materials for your own learning or personal preparation, but please don’t copy or distribute them without our written permission. We’re happy when our resources help others, so if you’d like to share them, please inform us first.
6. Information Accuracy
We do our best to make sure the information we provide is accurate and up-to-date. However, immigration laws and policies can change quickly, and sometimes updates take time to reflect online. For that reason, please use our materials as a general guide, not as official legal advice.
7. Protecting Your Privacy
We deeply respect your trust in sharing personal information with us. Any information you provide is handled with care and used only to help serve you better. We follow strict privacy standards, which you can read more about in our Privacy Policy.
